I am the founder and publisher of Efficient Solopreneur, a platform for aspiring solopreneurs and small business owners. My journey to entrepreneurship is a scenic one. I have served my country in the U.S. Marine Corps, earned degrees in Science and Electrical Engineering, advanced personal and enterprise computing at the foremost computing manufacturer in the world. During my 17-year engineering career, I helped my company achieve billions of dollars in revenue carrying out several roles from strategic planning to sales management. I’m using this platform now to do what I’ve always loved, and that is sharing my business acumen with others looking to advance their own careers.
An entrepreneur’s life can be an uncertain one. We push forward when others lean back. We take initiative and matters into our own hands. We trust in our ability to create and market value. After realizing how well I was able to do that in my engineering and sales career, I decided to launch out on my own. And as my nature is, I’m bringing a few of my internet friends along with me.
In addition to publishing informative articles and sharing valuable resources, I am a tech-savvy entrepreneur owning several photography businesses. This is an artistic passion of my I picked up from my father. I also serve on the board of directors for the Professional Photographers of North Carolina. I enjoy teaching and helping aspiring professional photographers to reach their goals. In doing so, I’ve been recognized by the Professional Photographers of America earning their Photographic Craftsmen degree in 2020 for advancing the craft through instruction and mentorship.
